We are famous for our colorful salad and veggie buffet: with our fresh new Vegetarian Island, we offer those who love vegetarian and vegan cuisine even more healthy, hand-made, tasty dishes to put together themselves.


We have a wide range of healthy, tasty dishes on offer, depending on your location: marinated, raw and stuffed vegetables, filling legumes, crunchy house salads, cooked, fried and steamed vegetables and fresh fruit. Pick up your preferred size of plate and create your own colorful combo. To top it all off, there’s homemade dressing to your taste and popular superfoods to sprinkle and mix in.


On the side or as a snack between meals: colorful handmade smoothies, juices, soft drinks and infused water – refreshing drinks giving you a boost for the day!


We use only natural ingredients, which we source from local farmers wherever possible. We treat them carefully, like precious treasures. We use these supplies to lovingly prepare our healthy dishes by hand each day.
